Heads up if you run BB on a sametime server

If you isnt on Windows2003 SP1 and install it before installing BES

you risk running into domino log issues

look in your spam filter that the activation mail didnt get stuck from rim, if everything else fails try activating the device over usb to rule out bes errors

source port is assigned dynamicly from the OS , the "target" will always be 3101 , just limit the port from the bes server to the srp you hitting on 3101 should work like a charm.
