Upgrade to 509 (860) and now my camera doesn't work

My camera and video camera don't work after upgrading to the latest. The screen is black where a picture usually is. Is this happening to anyone else? Any fixes?

Plazmic 4.7 beta themes

If I reboot with a 3rd party theme designed using the beta Plazmic, I get stuck on the splash screen.

That's odd, I didn't this setup prior to 4.1, or after switching to 4.2. With 4.1 it appears exactly as you have written. But this is no longer available with 4.2. Same provider, Rogers
