For those who haven't noticed Shape Services IM+ app is now in app world for Playbook. Been hanging out for this one for a while. BES integration and Kindle app are all that are on my wish list now.

I use XenonMKV for my mkv's. No picture quality loss, just converts the audio to stereo aac and container to MP4. It's very quick - takes longer to copy the files to the Playbook.
