Help...

I have a BB curve 9300 and I think I have the V5.0.0794 OS????
Would I benefit from getting the os 6? As you may gather i'm a bit clueless with this. What would I gain? could I download...

If i get a message on FB i get a notification in the envelope icon (Email) section of my BB. some i can get rid of, others i can't. It stays as a faded colour message. it's odd I know.

I'm having trouble deleting Facebook messages from my main menu. Can anyone offer any advice on how to get rid of them?
