Yeah I figured it was something I have installed or the phone has a hardware bug. T-Mobile isn't replaceing it till I try another battery and also call their technical support.

Yeah I had a 2 before I had the 3 and in my opinion the 3 got worse build wise but I love my pearl. There is just nothing like the experience with it.

Yeah I did have one from Mexico but the trackball didnt work very well so I got a replacement and this one is from canada and the trackball works well but sometimes the sound goes out.
