im outside the u.s and everytime i download a radio or even go to a radio website and open a link in the media player to listen.. it keeps saying buffering and doesnt work.. however the wifi works...

i just got the 9700 t-mobile unlocked. anyways i put att simcard and phone works just fine.

BUT!!! when i try to connect to the internet using wifi i have to keep the data services "on" otherwise...
