Verizon wireless needs to stop dicking around and get a blackberry that has wifi and gps unlocked. it's ridiculous that they dont already have one. i've made peace with having to pay 29.99 a month...

If your using the default blackberry ringers that come on the phone then chances are thats your problem. You can turn the volume all the way up if you'd like but the ringtones are still too quiet....
