I use Cerberus Call Filter, it only allows you to use either a blacklist or a whitelist (not both at the same time). It works pretty well for what I want it to do.

My 9530 has the same problem, it doesn't happen every day, sometimes it happens twice a day (usually twice in 15 minutes or so). I think its a software thing.

No it won't, T-Mobile's 3G requires both bands, as one is used for transmitting and the other is used for receiving

I see it very unlikely that RIM will make a 3G Storm for T-mobile anytime soon....

Unless you know somebody with inside access to RIM, the Storm (in any part of the world) doesn't have WiFi, so if that is really the deal breaking feature for you, you may want to keep the Bold.
