I took the phone to the carrier, they could not fix the issue, so they replaced it with a new Bold 9700. I'm in Canada, and the carriers have a one month exchange policy here.

I took the phone back to the carrier, they looked at it and just replaced it with a new bold 9700. I'm in Canada, and the policy here for carriers is one month exchange. Thanks for the replies...
