Really? I followed everything on my 8120---its still happening once a week

I followed everything here on my Tmobile 8120 running 4.3.1.115(190)/2.6.0.64. I am losing everything (call logs/email/sms/facebook) every week. My memory wavers around 5000000-12000000 bytes free....
