Ok so I'm from the UK, on holidays in the US and am looking to use BBM on a BlackBerry 9300. When I connect to the wifi, I can only access the Internet browser and not BBM. To correct this I decided...

Ok thanks a lot. How do I turn mobile services off though? I can't seem to find an option that allows me to do it, I can only find the Data Services one.

Yeah I tried that, but no luck. The internet has been generally poor today at the house - like really slow. That may be a factor but I'm not too sure.
