my 8320 turns of by itself eventhough my auto on/off is disabled and my battery is still charged. Have to do battery pull to re-start it. Do anybody knows what's wrong with this phone? My 8310...

please help, am trying to install the downloaded 4.2 sp 2 version of the dt mgr. but it won't everytime i double click it says 'it's not a valid w32 application'. thanks in advance.
