Thanks. Got the answer from a Crackberry thread. The key part was that you must open Slingbox in the landscape mode.

I just bought one last week and got it on Monday from Frommy.com. Its an unlocked Rogers and I have had no problems, except that I can't find any 3G coverage. The phone is great.
