BlackBerry Protect - Unable to Backup since March 29

BlackBerry Protect no longer works. I got an unable to Backup message and it has failed every time since March 29.
Has something changed with the app? Is it no longer supported?

I have the same issue and confirmed it on 3 or 4 other devices. It is a problem with the software. I did complain on the official forum but never got any reply or even an acknowledgment of the issue.

Youtube does not play over the mobile network anymore. Only over WiFi.

I just upgraded my BB9900 OS to 7.1.0.1033 and it is completely bricked.

Problem with this. It forces Enterprise Activation and regular BIS no longer works.

I have downgraded to the previous version.
