It didn't work :/ .. It now shuts off when Im using most apps, I wish there was a solution.

Ok so I got a blackberry 9650 and I've had it for about 3 months now.. I recently started noticing that it started turning off when I use certain apps i.e ( app world, music) whenever I use these...
