I remember that was a problem from earlier 5.0.0.x versions. Not sure specifically about .411. I'm running 5.0.0.509 now, and the problem has gone away.

Me too. I subsequently re-sent my service books and did a battery pull, and the second FB icon went away. Not sure, but maybe one of those two actions cleared it up.
