I think if you have a backup from the BESMgmt database before activating the new device, them you might have the ability to wipe off the device.

I can see that you are running BES for Exchange...

I can see that you are running BES for Exchange version 4.1.5.24 not 4.1.4.12, so you have to run BRK version 4.1.5
