We use LogMeIn Rescue +Mobile. You have to install the client on the phone but theb you can connect into the remote phone as long as it has a dat connection.

You should not co-host the BMS. If the BES has problems, then the BMS also has issues and can't alert you

Your phone is asking for a BES activation password.
You need to contact your IT department to see if you have a BES and if they are willing to give you an activation password.
