Thanx for that. Not sure if it was what you suggested or a simple unit reboot, but all is good now. Maybe having my unit on for 5 days without a restart while using the engineering...

I didn't get an error. Installed and uninstalled it twice with a restart in between and still nothing. It's installed under win8 but, once I launch blackberry manager it doesn't pop up under...

my 9900 doesn't recognize this os and neither does the desktop manager. any1 else experience this? first time i'm seeing this...
