This happened to me once. I think I used DB...

This happened to me once. I think I used DB clean and then restarted the handheld and that worked. If you do not have db clean do a search and you will find the link to download it.

I wound up contacting Verizon because nothing...

I wound up contacting Verizon because nothing else worked. They told me to do a soft reset (taking the battery out while its on and putting it back in). That worked.
