No noticeable changes...everything works like it did before. The hourglass has been changed, but that's all I noticed so far. Good reception, battery life and memory.

Okay update - The location feature now seems to work so once in a while. Must need a clear view of the sky to use TWC location feature, whereas other apps like Google Maps do not since it uses aGPS.

Same issue here. Picture quality as well as video quality is horrible. The only way to take half-way decent pictures is in clear daylight and make sure you do not move at all.

You are correct, I do have the option of switching between 2G, 3G or 2G/3G, but used 3G when I was in Europe. 3G coverage seems to be much better there then in the US.
