Does your email admin have a retention period set...

Does your email admin have a retention period set on the calendar items? I know we have a 365 day retention period and then the appts are killed in Exchange, which kills them on the BB.

We've had issues like that in the past and the first thing we have users do is check to see that they are in the correct time zone. That usually fixes the problem with our users.
