your tech support are not the best

just ebcause desktop manager does not connect to the blackberry the application loader will pick it up and allow you to reload the software,,, if theres stuff on it you need use application loader to...

disable power management

use device manager to select each usb root hub and choose properties then u will see power management

uncheck the box for allow the pc to turn off this device to save power
do this for each usb...

Delete Prior Does Work

delete prior does affect the bwc if used properly
curently when you delete messages manually they are removed from BWC (blackberry web client) but delete prior does not.. call the service provider...
