I have it on mine, 6 months old, started about 1 or 2 months ago (os5) . . . sprayed the phone down with some contact cleaner . . . that helped for a few weeks, but worse than ever now . . . :(

An interesting side effect I just noticed is that even though I am using my T-Mobile SIM, I can use all of the AT&T hotspots and even get UMA to work on them.

I dropped my beloved 8120 in the lake and bought another on ebay . . . but as it was in route, my company gave me a 9100 from AT&T . . . 1 unlock code and following the instructions on how to enable...

At the risk of sounding silly, usually for me, after an update, the volume gets set lower . . . simply raise the volume with the side key back to your normal position.

There are several types of memory, 2 of which are volatile (like RAM) and NON-volatile (like flash memory) . . . the things that your BB is remembering must be in non-volatile memory . . .
