Check your Event logs. I've had this happen once...

Check your Event logs. I've had this happen once or twice on other servers, but each time it was something different. Usually the logs will point you in the right direction.

Sounds like your permissions aren't set right. If the message is staying in your inbox then the bes isn't able to access your mailbox. The bes has to see that email and take it out of your inbox...

I agree with Ozzy that the way to take care of it...

I agree with Ozzy that the way to take care of it is through the Desktop manager. I had the same problem on my blackberry. A better approach would be to backup those messages, clear the messages...

Duplicates in Handheld Calendar

I have a client with the same duplicate calendar entry errors, and I have run the cdo.dll hotfix with no luck. Out of 8 users on that particular BES he is the only one with problems. Any ideas?
