I would recommend that SP3 is not a good option... I have checked the Port usage and that is ok... To resolve that i uninstalled and reinstalled the Router service on the problem...

Well we had this problem with our BES 3.6 Servers also..... suddenly the message delivery became very slow.... exactly like yours....

After RIM tried all sort of troubleshooting they did not have...

What is that you have on the handheld TLS setting? Is it Proxy or Handheld.

If u have proxy it does not work.. Select Handheld... Ensure tgat Client Authentication.. Prompt for certification to...

First check with the other handheld and see if the problem occurs

I would suggest you to wipe the handheld and do a enterprise...
