It's not a policy. When you unlock the keyboard by pressing the trackwheel, you get 3 options. That has nothing to do with a policy. That is built into the OS.

The jog dial on my Blackberry 7230 is stuck in the in position. It doesn't stick out anymore. I can still press it but it doesn't pop back out when I do that. Has anybody had the same problem? Anyway...
