All I had to do was recreate the exchange profile and it worked.

sorry for bumping old thread. I was searching for a contact synch issue I'm trying to fix and stumbled on this.

Phone number won't display

In the phone settings, it shows the phone number as Unknown Number. I did check and the option is set to yes to display the number in options. This not on a BES but a personal b.b.

Any suggestions?
