Where can I get the prevoius versions? 7 or 6

I did uninstall all OS from the PC, reinstalled OS6, deleted vendor file and run loader but the only thing I can do is change applications. All done in 2 minutes. But...

Hi all!

I am still trying to upgrade to 6.0.0.534. from 6.0.0.461.
When runing the loader there is no upgrade at the end. It lets me delete applications but there is no upgrade.

9700 6.0.0.1965/6.0.0.461 (All Languages)
both sms (with contact profile and wothout contact profile) stopped ringing.
All ok with phone id and emails ringtones.

I do not know why, but my connection to the BB server is veeeery slow.
It takes hours and interrupts. Is there any other place to download the file from?

I always use the Normal profile.
Editing it I select SMS but it shows a different ringtone than the one it use when a Voicemail arrives.

Country code is not the problem. That is ok.

Phone calls are recognized by the alerts with this country codes as they are.
Problem is only with the SMSs.

That was also the problem with phone calls.
RIM fixed that for phone calls. But why did they not do the same for sms alerts?
