Memopad confirm delete

I have set the options in memopad to NO for confirm delete. I have reset and it still asks to confirm delete.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Lately I have received two messages from 992.472.7669

the message reads:

The Tmo PDA say they have no idea what this is!!

My BB8100 options> about tells me I am running 4.2.0.64
My Desktop Manager help> about > device software tab says 4.2.0.71.
