about a week later and still the 9700 hasn't let me down.

I actually like it better than the 9800! Its much more smaller and compact (even with the OtterBox case!

Yeah thats a REAL difference between my Torch and my Captivate because the Torch was always really quick to respond where the Captivate isn't. Now if that's a setting which can be fixed I haven't...

I got some "white screen of death" I suppose you could call it. I took my phone out of the holster and it said "App Error 603" (at least I think that was the number)... did a battery pull started...

The only battery pulls I've had to do lately were due to the new Facebook app. It would lock up the phone.
