I tried the 5.0 OS and it just wasn't stable enough for me... crashing sometimes when i hang up the phone, or when i provision the network. The newest 5.0 does work with Facebook and Google talk...

I would go with the 8310 for the GPS! If you're in range of wifi wouldn't you just use a computer? I personally have the 8330 which has the 3G CDMA network and GPS so it's the best of both words......

I don't see any need for the 8120 Wifi... Of course if you for some reason are near a Wifi hot spot all the time or don't have an unlimited data plan...
