I emailed the support for ShangMail and they got...

I emailed the support for ShangMail and they got back to my really quickly. There reply is that because Hotmail uses TLS Encryption which ShangMail currently doesn't support.

Hi,

Yes I didn't think of that, so I checked and found that the 3rd party who provide the BES had a policy to disable GPS functions on phones for some reason. This has now been resolved. Thanks :)
