"Launching soon" is the BB Bold 9900, with OS7


Have i missed something or was OS6 not recently released, and the Bold 9780?

i had a similar problem with my Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo accounts.

All i did was unlink them from my BB and relink them, has sorted it for now.

try removing the media card before turning the BB back on again, if thats where you have your pictures stored.

if your BB is on a BES the wipe can be cancelled by your admin, if not, the BB will...

from what i've just read there, it looks like your WIFI isn't set up.

Vodafone dont support UMA, from what i've read, none of the GSM900 (O2, Vodafone etc) networks support UMA.

thats alot of data to be transmitting over the air.

how are you removing Yahoo from your BB?

are you just deleting and rebooting?

Vodafone UK's minimun BB Data plan allowance is 500mb

so who ever told you that you only had 5 was either lieing or was miss informed

There should be an actual "alarm" icon in your BB memu that will allow you to choose the alarm settings?

your sure the ID and p/w are fine? can you logon to yahoo on your laptop?

The Bold 9700 was a good phone for me, came with a 2GB card and can read up to 8GB if im not mistaken.
Camera is a 3.0 or 3.2mp so pics shouldn't be too bad, depends on how much quality you want....

I don't think you have to call them, you should just be able to pop the sim into the phone, the sim recognises its a BB then tries to enable this, if it can't (may need to have a 3g sim) then you...
