Right now I can sync my BlackBerry, but I know the software is buggy. The major bugs present are not affecting me, but they are affecting others....

It ranges from 10 minutes to 1.5 days. I think they fall behind sometimes. If you haven't heard a response in a couple of days, I would email them again.
