I upgraded my firmware and now my applications do not show up when I go to the application loader. The only 2 items that show up are, Docs to go and PDF to go.
I have uninstalled it and reinstalled....

Clear event log

Try clearing your event log.
Hold Alt Key and type LGLG and choose to Clear log.
Tech support told me to this once a week and it will speed up my BB.
