Yes they are. But the web mail yahoo gmail hotmail and such you can still do. So for the launch they will be relying on pre-exsisting BB users to teather via bluetooth. At my company we do not allow...

Have you tried to resend the service books? Or have you tried to re-activate those devices? There also could be an issue with the devices software not being compatible with the older exchange and BES...

But not for all users. Is that normal? How would I correct that? I'd say one out of every 10 activations the GAB will not populate automatically. And on occasion the users address book will not...
