I'm having the same problem with Google Maps 4.5.2 and 4.5.3, with BB 9650 and OS 5.0.0.1006. I think this is more of an app problem.

I have experienced issues where it sometimes will synch with Outlook, and sometimes doesn't. Eliminating special characters (e.g., !@#$%^...) in the memo's title fixed this for me.

Problem resolved - fuelly.com made a change to their page that resolved it. Why it broke in the first place is a mystery, but it is no longer an issue.
