alright well i got the phone to connect again but...

alright well i got the phone to connect again but when i tried to install the OS and all that again, it said there is not enough memory to install it. the phone ended up comin on for about 20...

I finally got the phone to connect to the...

ok well i found the newest blackberry desktop...

ok well i found the newest blackberry desktop manager 5.0 and still nothing, no red light. any suggestions? the red light comes on randomly but it takes FOREVER to do so.
