Thanks, I'll try the 4.1.0.529. We have found that if we upgrade to 4.2.x.x on the 8700 MDS will not run. We use MDS to deploy and run several custom made apps.

RIM never gave me a solution...

All messages are shown as being in a folder

My user's Pearl shows all of his messages as being in a folder. Even if he hasn't opened them or touched them in anyway yet. He also can not delete them from his Pearl. His OS version is 4.2.1.94....
