I saw that screen a few times while updating as well. Don't panic, just leave it alone. It's a long process. Best bet is to find something to do for an hour or more and come back. All should be good....

Yep, same hear. And, under options, you can set it to record "what you hear", meaning that it will record whatever is being output to your speakers.
