Right, it does appear to be unlocked now. The question now, I suppose, is why won't my SIM card work? The card is active (works in a 9700) But won't work on the 9300. Screen displays Insert SIM Card....

Unlocking 9300 - Issues

So I bought a 9300 Curve to replace my 9530 Storm.
The 9300 is locked to Telus in Canada, so I need to unlock it to work on the Bell HSPA Network. This is the first time I've ever unlocked a phone....

I had the same problem on my Pearl, i assume you meant Pearl 8120? or the Curve?
I'm not sure how it works on a phone with WiFi instead of GPS, but on my 8130, all i had to do to fix the problem...
