I have similar problems, but not with BES...

I have similar problems, but not with BES servers... Happens to the servers that experience heavy I/O load - Exchange, databases, etc.

This appears to be a VMware scheduler issue. I have a case...

RefId is not returned.

When trying to get RefID I get:
Collaboration Data Objects - [MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND(8004010F)]
for both items in gArrFieldsToRead.
