The trackball on my Tour fizzled out and stopped working. So I want to transfer all my data to another identical Tour (my girlfriend's old phone).

I tried it once, but it still had her settings....

Once I shoot a video on my Tour, it takes forever to find it again in my Media>Videos folder because there's no rhyme or reason to how that list of videos is organized. Is there a way to arrange them...

App World not loading

Whenever I open App World, an error message with an exclamation point but no text pops up. I have to hit "Ok" and then it closes itself. Any way to get around this?

If I wanted to get the update via USB and not wirelessly, is there somewhere I could download it onto my computer and update with a USB cable? Or do I have to go into a Verizon store?

I need my clock to stay on for at least 30 minutes a day, but after 30 seconds it seems to dim. I've entered into Bedside Mode, but that doesn't stop it from dimming. Can I fix this?
