My phone will randomly shut off about 3 hours into my day when it should have a full charge. I try to turn it back on but the phone does nothing like there is no power to it. No lights or anything....

So I have full bars and edge yet BB messenger and internet dont work. Would you have any idea how this would happen? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hard restarts do not work for it either.
