Good suggestion - but have reset the country code as well have tried without it...

There is something that prevents the phone from from dialing out....

I just spend another 2 hours with AT&T on...

Nope - this BB is not on Enterprise. In any case, out IT policy does permit international calls!

I do not have any call blocking option - this is not...
