Is there a way to force all traffic via BES sever? no just HTTP but all trafffic.
My provider now has unlimited internet access as long its via BES.

The new user had a service book form the old user that was for the gmail account. This was deleted some time ago and all was well. New its wrong again.

Personal email from wrong user

I have a 8300 that was recycled (we gave it to a new user)
The new user gets gmail email from the old users gmail account.
I have reseted the unit and still same problem.
Any clues?

I have hear if you move emails form the inbox to personal folders they will stay in the BB until you delete them...

I need to understand how email sync works.
I am running BES SP4 (exchange) and all users are in the same group.
50% are 8800 and the other 50% are 8300

some users (8800 and 8300)...
