It was the option (I believe GSM based) that when enabled would send ALL incoming calls to a busy signal. It was something you could set up on a profile.

I had it across almost all of the 4.6...

I have an 8800 purchased through T-Mobile with a non functioning USB port. The phone is in new condition otherwise.

The local T-Mobile direct store refuses to swap out the phone under warranty....
