The issue was the font size being set to 14. ...

The issue was the font size being set to 14. When I reduced the font size to 10 it minimized the need to "more" 90% of the messages. Strange.

Is it still necessary

to reboot th eBES server after rebooting Exchange server? We just upgraded form 4.0 to 4.1 and I was wondering of 4.1 recovers properly from an Exchange reboot.
