Deleted the service book and reloaded but it did...

Deleted the service book and reloaded but it did not work.

Got it working by deleting the user from the BBES, wiping the handheld and reactivating it.

PIM Sync - Address Book - Was working, stopped working?

I have a users whose address book was syncing and has stopped syncing in the last few days. This user has 3500 contact in Exchange. Messages and calendar are syncing fine.

1. MR2 is cumulative, meaning I don't have to do MR1, right?.
2. One of my users wants to install the 4.5 OS on his Curve handheld now. That OS will work...

SPs are cumulative, right??

I need to move up to 4.1.6 MR2 from 4.1.0. I read this that the Service Packs are cumulative meaning I don't have to do Sp1 then Sp2, then Sp3 etc.... and I can just go straight to SP6 then apply...
